Pickle Lake Joint Venture

Richview has a 75% interest in the Pickle Lake gold exploration project with King's Bay Gold (25% interest).  The Pickle Lake Property is located in northern Ontario about 350 kilometers northwest from the City of Thunder Bay adjacent to the Township of Pickle Lake.   

The Property is situated within the Pickle Lake Greenstone Belt, an area that has had historical gold mining activities since the 1930's. The Pickle Lake mining camp has been extensively explored and from 1934 to 1996 some 70,578 kg (2,269,155 ounces) of gold were produced from 3 mines in the area with an average grade of 12.85 g/t Au (0.375 opt).

The Pickle Lake property adjoins the past producing mines of Pickle Crow (production 1,446,000 oz of gold), Central Patricia (production 650,000 oz of gold) and Dona Lake mine (production 212,000 ounces of gold).  

The properties held by Richview host numerous gold showings identified by previous exploration programs in the past. Gold mineralization has been documented in drill holes and trenches at several locations on the property. The gold mineralization generally occurs in shears and fractures within the metavolcanics and metasediments. Three main areas of gold mineralization on the Properties are: Southwest Powderhouse Occurrence; the No. 6 - Field Iron Formation; and the Fault Creek/Dona Lake Occurrence.

Drilling by the joint venture in 2004 and 2005 intersected a number of gold mineralization zones that are of significant interest.

The Company is now proceeding with a detailed review of this drilling as well as additional historical material it has acquired in order to determine the next exploration activity.
